Showell Volunteer Fire Department

This afternoon, Showell responded to a motor vehicle accident at Route 113 and Shingle Landing Road with entrapment. First arriving units advised that there were two patients trapped in two separate vehicles and to alert for a second rescue, which Berlin Fire Company began responding with Rescue 6. Soon after the dispatch of the motor vehicle crash, Showell was alerted for a secondary call for an electrical hazard- which Bishopville Volunteer Fire Department handled. Both patients were extricated- one was transported to PRMC and the other refused care.
