800 Paramedic 2 arrived on scene first followed by Engine 803; where 841 took command of the incident. Crews began assessing the patient- after which, the decision was made that it would be quicker to travel by ambulance than helicopter to PRMC. 800 Paramedic 2 transported to PRMC and shortly after command was transferred to Maryland State Police and Engine 803 cleared.
