Showell Volunteer Fire Department

Not soon after returning from an Electical Hazard, Showell was alerted along with Berlin to assist Ocean Pines with a Commercial Structure Fire. As crews from Showell went responding, Ocean Pines firefighters advised that smoke and flames were evident from a pump station. Engine 1102 arrived on the scene and cancelled units from Berlin and Showell. Shortly after returning to Station 800, Showell was alerted to cover an Electical Hazards call in the Ocean Pines district while they handled the Pump Station fire. Ocean Pines soon released 2 units to cover the call and sent Showell Engine 803 to standby at the North Station. Both calls were handled by Station 1100 and Showell was released to go back in service.
