Reported High Occupancy Structure Fire - Atlantic General Hospital

At approximately 2051 hours, Showell was alerted to assist Berlin with a reported structure fire at Atlantic General Hospital. As Engines 803 and 804 left the station in route to the hospital, Worcester Central advised all units that the source was suspected to be a smoking X-Ray machine in the X-Ray room on the first floor. Berlin units were the first to arrive on scene and enter the structure, while command asked other units to stage near hydrants and other points of interest. As Berlin members inspected the x-ray machine, command placed the situation under control and released all units from the scene. Units on scene: Engines 604, 608, 803, 804, Ladder 6, Rescue 6, and Tower 6.
